Inch National School launch “A Taste of Inch”

Some of the 4th-6th Class children of Inch National School at the launch of their local cookbook, “A Taste of Inch”

The 4th-6th Class children of Inch National School participated in the Junior Entrepreneur Programme 2017. They acquired the many skills of entrepreneurship and have worked closely as a team to design and produce their own product. The children created and compiled a cookbook called “A Taste of Inch”, which comprises of favourite local recipes. The cookbook also includes recipes from Inch House, Younge’s, The Ragg and “Relish” fine foods and delicatessen. Our local sporting hero Séamas Callanan has also included a healthy fruit and vegetable smoothie. The children launched their cookbook at their recent showcase day.
