Local Entrepreneur, Claire Ryan, visited our class today to talk about her business “Relish”, which Claire successfully set up over a year and a half ago.  Claire spoke about the advantages and challenges of being an entrepreneur and was a great inspiration to the children as they venture into their own small-scale business to participate in the Junior Entrepreneur Program.  The children really found this discussion very beneficial and they were especially enthusiastic to sample some of Claire’s produce from her delicatessen – a delicious biscuit cake!!
