These delightful boys and girls began their school life at Inch National school in August of this year. It was a record number of Junior Infants for Ms Guilfoyle’s class and they have settled incredibly well.

Great fun today, as 4th, 5th and 6th classes celebrated Science week by completing some food experiments. We investigated iron in breakfast cereals, colouring in sweets and observed a powerful chemical reaction between cola and mentos sweets!
4th, 5th and 6th classes had a busy day today researching project work on Greece and exploring the skills of coding using Scratch. A fantastic year ahead for the pupils, as they embark on developing their digital skills and enhancing their learning using their iPads.
